What problem did the multi N/C 3100 solve for you?
“With my previous TOC instruments, I would dread clients asking me to run their samples. This N/C is just the opposite, as it never gives me any trouble."
How has the multi N/C positively impacted your business or life?
"The catalyst seems to be very robust, with a long lifespan. The automatic reminders to check/change the catalyst are spot on."
What features or aspects of the multi N/C do you find most valuable?
“The overall simplicity of the instrument is refreshing. The lack of a permeation dryer is very welcome. The zero air consumption appears much less than my previous instruments.”
