Web Seminar: EOF
A new screening parameter for organically bound fluorine in surface water
Goals and contents of the web seminar
Duration: ~30 min Language: English
The utilization and therefore the production of fluorinated organic compounds with highly resistant properties is constantly growing. Associated is an increased occurrence of such compounds in the environment. A sensitive screening method of extractable organically bound fluorine (EOF) as sum parameter in surface waters combines solid phase extraction (SPE) and molecular absorption spectrometry (MAS) and enables a fast monitoring of the pollution.
